In my most recent project, I overhauled the guidebook for DAO DAO, a blockchain and user interface meant to allow easy access to the benefits of blockchain DAOs. The guidebook had been previously added to by developers as needed. In my reworking of the site, I reorganized all the guides, and wrote new ones, to provide a clear user journey.
In addition to the structural overhaul, I reformatted pages and resized images to work best with their chosen documentation platform. I created a framework for them to continue to add to the guidebook, based on the features list being prioritized by their development.
While working at Regen Network, I wrote their guidebook, a document meant to fully onboard new community members. Guides cover everything from a light introduction to blockchain lingo and the Cosmos Ecosystem to the intricacies of Regen Network governance. The guidebook also includes step-by-step tutorials for wallet creation and management, governance participation, and marketplace functionality.
In addition to the guidebook, I wrote independent guides for other Regen Network projects. These documents were designed to shepherd their target audience through a specific user journey with a high level overview and linked resources.
